To open an e-account with us please take a few minute to fill out the application form.

You will receive a verification email once you submit your application. Your account will be created immediately once you click the verification link in this e-mail. Please do not forget to send your original documents to the bank. Documents, which are necessary, are shown below:

1. Signed application form (sent automatically to the applicant’s e-mail by the back office support after filling out the online application)
2. Notarized copy of valid passport or ID

NOTE: ALL PHOTOCOPIES MUST BE NOTARIZED BY A PUBLIC NOTARY OR A LAWYER OR A BANKER (there must be seal, signature phone (not mobile phone) number and address of authority, who notarizes your documents).

Photocopies of these documents must be notarized, otherwise your application may be rejected. Please click here to apply for a new account.

Corporate

You will receive a verification email once you submit your application. Your account will be created immediately once you click the verification link in this e-mail.

In order to approve your application, please kindly send us notarized photocopies of your documents by courier service (exclusively DHL or TNT because they are the only efficient courier companies in Vanuatu). Documents, which are necessary, are shown below:

1. Signed application form (sent automatically to the applicant’s e-mail by the back office support after filling out the online application)
2. Copy of valid passport or ID of the beneficial owner(s), directors and authorized signatory
3. Utility bill less than 3 months for the company and for the beneficial owner and the director(s) and authorized signatory
4. CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION or Registration Document of the company
5. MEMORANDUM & ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION or Statues of the company
6. Minutes of a meeting of the Board of Directors and a POWER OF ATTORNEY (giving the authorized Signatory the authority to open and manage the account, if the director of the company is not the one who will use the account)
7. APOSTILLE

NOTE: ALL PHOTOCOPIES MUST BE NOTARIZED BY A PUBLIC NOTARY OR A LAWYER OR A BANKER (there must be seal, signature phone (not mobile phone) number and address of authority, who notarizes your documents). Also you may send us the original documents . After verification, we will send them back to you via DHL (DHL charges are applicable)
