For all our offshore accounts, we offer a dedicated Telephone and Fax Banking Service.
It's unique to Nautilus Bank customers and means if you require assistance with your savings or offshore bank account, help is at hand

The Telephone and Fax Banking Service is available at the following times:

9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (UK time)
9.45am - 5pm Wednesday (UK time)

You can send us a fax 24/7 and we'll get back to you during our normal office hours.

Applying is easy

To apply for the Telephone and Fax Banking Service, just complete the appropriate section of your account application form and it will be up and running once your offshore account is open.
Existing offshore banking and savings customers can start to use our Telephone and Fax Banking Service by simply filling out the Telephone and Fax Banking mandate and returning it to us.
